Vacant position announcement: Contract Management and Legal Specialist of the Project Implementation Unit.
Qualification requirements
- Higher education in jurisprudence, economics, procurement and other related fields;
- Knowledge of constitutional, civil, administrative Kyrgyz legislation, as well as knowledge of legislation in water law is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of legal technique and the main requirements for the preparation of contracts;
- Certificates confirming professional knowledge and skills is an advantage;
- Experience in Contract management for at least 3 years;
- At least 5 years of experience in international projects;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Skills in preparing various Project documentation and reports;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and advanced knowledge of English is mandatory; knowledge of Kyrgyz is an advantage;
- Computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer).
