Vacant position announcement: Engineer / Irrigation Specialists in the North of the Project Implementation Unit.
Qualification requirements and evaluation criteria
- Higher education in irrigation, specializing in hydraulic engineering or other related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in construction and operation of irrigation systems;
- Eat least 3 years of experience in international irrigation projects;
- At least 5 years of experience in customer or contractor organizations;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Kyrgyz and Russian. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer).
