Vacant position announcement: Environment Specialist in the North of the Project Implementation Unit.
Qualification requirements and evaluation criteria
- Higher education in ecology, environmental protection, or related fields;
- Certificates confirming professional knowledge and skills is an advantage;
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field and at least 3 years of international project experience. A good understanding of the work specifics of government agencies, as well as experience in water management and emergency management is an advantage;
- Skills in preparing various types of project documentation and reports;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and advanced knowledge of English is mandatory; knowledge of Kyrgyz is an advantage;
- Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer).
